Certified welding and steel structures in Serbia
Our welding is certified by TÜV SÜD München to EN ISO 3834-2. A second certificate covers AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0 with EN 13445-4 and EN 13480-4.
What certified welding in Serbia allows
HP 0 is the qualification a European buyer needs before a pressure equipment order can be placed. Without it, price is beside the point.
The certified scope covers steel structures, pressureless piping and tank construction. It also covers vessels under PED module G.
Both plants, Doljevac and Niš, are named on the certificate. The full documents are on our certifications page.
People and lifting capacity
Nine certified welders work under a supervisor holding the International Welding Engineer qualification. A named person is responsible for non-destructive testing.
Cranes to 40 t inside the hall let us assemble and turn large pieces. Most subcontractors cannot physically handle them.
Cut and formed parts arrive from our own laser, press brakes and rolls.
