Tube and profile laser cutting in Serbia

A Senfeng GNT 6035 with a 5-axis head cuts, bevels, pierces and notches in one operation. No sawing, drilling, milling or marking follows.

Bevel cutting up to 45 degrees

The 5-axis head cuts at angles up to ±45°. In practice that means weld preparation straight off the machine.

V and K seams arrive ready. Tube-to-tube intersections seat correctly at assembly. Mitred frame joints need no adjustment.

Parts that leave the machine ready to weld save a grinding operation on every piece.

Zero-tail cutting saves material

Three clamping chucks hand the material between them. There is no mandatory offcut at the end of the bar.

The whole length becomes parts. On a production run that shows up directly in the price per piece.

Where tube laser cutting in Serbia fits

Frames, railings, machine structures and railway assemblies all benefit. So does anything where many tubes must meet accurately.

Flat parts for the same assembly are cut on our sheet laser. Welding of the finished frame happens in the same hall.

Questions about tube laser cutting

Can you cut weld preparation on the tube?

Yes. The head cuts V and K preparation up to ±45° in the same operation. No grinding is needed afterwards.

What is zero-tail cutting?

Three chucks pass the material between them, so no remnant is left at the bar end. The full length becomes parts.

What is the longest tube you can take?

6500 mm, in diameters from 20 mm to 360 mm.
