CNC bending of sheet and plate in Serbia
CNC press brakes bend sheet metal from a few millimetres up to 4100 mm long. Six-axis control repeats every bend across the run.
Complex parts, repeated accurately
Parts with many bends are where a 6-axis brake earns its keep. The backgauge repositions between bends without an operator touching the setup.
The tenth part is geometrically identical to the first. On a series of several hundred, that is the difference between assembly and rework.
Heavy CNC bending in Serbia
Thick work goes to our Niš plant. There we angle-bend and roll plate up to 100 mm, and bend tube up to 315 mm.
Only a handful of companies in the Balkans can do that. It is how we reached certification for pressure equipment.
Blanks come from our own laser cutting, so tolerances are known before bending starts.
