Plate rolling into cylinders and cones in Serbia
Rolling forms flat plate into cylinders, cones and smooth radii. We roll up to 3100 mm wide on a CNC Akyapak ASH 30-10/13.
Four rolls, programmed geometry
CNC control produces tubes, cones, squares and elliptical cylinders to a programmed shape.
Side and top supports hold the plate through the pass. That prevents the unwanted bends and deformation that large radii otherwise invite.
Plate rolling in Serbia for our own vessels
Rolled shells go straight into our tank and pressure vessel work. The tolerances we hold are the ones our welders need.
They are not a number on a datasheet. Dished heads for the same vessel are pressed in the same works.
Heavy plate to 100 mm is rolled at our Niš plant, under TÜV SÜD certification.
