Laser cutting of sheet metal in Serbia
Metal Art cuts sheet metal on a 12 kW Senfeng SF6020H5 fiber laser. The machine runs at our plant in Doljevac, 15 km south of Niš.
What our laser cutting service delivers
Tolerances hold at ±0,05 mm across the bed. Edges come off clean enough to weld without deburring. That removes a finishing step from your process.
A fiber laser handles many shapes, sizes and materials quickly. Parts are cut from pre-programmed data. The hundredth piece matches the first.
Small batches stay economical, not merely possible. There is no minimum order, and prototypes run on the same machine as production.
Why buyers order laser cutting in Serbia
Cutting is the first step of a chain we run under one roof. A part can move from the laser to the press brake and the rolls without leaving the site.
That means no second supplier and no second lead time. It also means one contact and one invoice.
Above 40 mm we cut the same geometry on the waterjet, up to 150 mm. For tubes and profiles we use a dedicated tube laser.

What tolerance do you hold?
± 0,05 mm on the cut. Edges are smooth and need no deburring before welding or assembly.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We cut single prototype pieces and full production runs on the same machine.
Which file formats do you accept?
DXF and DWG for flat parts, STEP for 3D models, PDF for reference. Send them through the contact page.
