Our welding and quality management are audited by German notified bodies. Both plants, Doljevac and Niš, are named on the welding certificates.
What certified metal fabrication in Serbia means for you
For an EU buyer these documents do more than signal quality. AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0 makes a pressure equipment order legally possible.
It is issued together with EN 13445-4 and EN 13480-4, under the Pressure Equipment Directive. Without it, price is beside the point.
Each certificate is published here in full, as the issuing bodies require. Nothing on this site claims capability beyond the scope they describe.
The scope below governs our certified welding and, through it, our dished heads and plate rolling.
What each certificate covers
AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0 covers the manufacture of pressure equipment. It is issued with EN 13445-4 for vessels and EN 13480-4 for piping.
EN ISO 3834-2 sets comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding. It governs how we qualify procedures, train welders and record every joint.
ISO 9001:2015 covers the management system around all of it. Purchasing, traceability, inspection and corrective action all fall under it.
The transfer of marking agreement lets us re-mark material and keep traceability intact. Without it, plate cut into parts loses its certificate.
All four are valid at both plants. Renewal audits run on a fixed cycle, and current documents are published here.
An auditor visits the shop, reviews procedures and watches the work. Welder qualifications are retested on a schedule.
Material certificates are kept for every heat we process. Traceability runs from the mill through to the finished assembly.
